JENG YUEN 's
double-side lapping/polishing machine is designed with versatile machining
capabilities. Both sides of a single flat part can be machined simultaneously.
Its 2-ways, 3-ways, and 4-ways ( Planetary rotation ) rotations satisfy
a wide range of unique requirements for machined parts, Both the upper
and lower plates as well as the center gar, driven directly and independently
form each other, may rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. The external
ring gear ma be lifted up or lowered down to facilitate your loading
or unloading parts. You can see the upper plate automatically swing
out for 90 degrees whenever it's time to do so. Buffering is also
provided for the upper part in its downward travel, and the upper
plate pressure can be adjusted in three steps. The machine may be
operated with a touch panel screen, which is as easy as you can imagine
to operate the motor or to select the pneumatic driving or activation.
A thickness controller is offered and you may have the machine to
memorize up to 10 sets of configuration settings. A digital pneumatic
pressure gauge is available, enabling you to configure the setpoint
pressure up to two decimals; this ensures greater precision and a
higher level of safety when working with thin of fragile items.
